Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Delays in shipments can also occur due to external postal service circumstances that are outside our control. These delays can result from weather events, busy shipping periods, or other unforeseen circumstances. International shipments may experience delays due to the Customs clearance process.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States and shipped through UPS Next Day Air.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hawkeyed Water Defense is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How Do I Check The Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@hawkeyedwaterdefense.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Shipping to a P.O. box is available solely for shipments within the United States via USPS.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Hawkeyed Water Defense will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Hawkeyed Water Defense will not be held responsible if the delivery is refused and if additional costs are incurred.
Damages
While Hawkeyed Water Defense is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipment, we want to help you resolve any issues with your order. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to your shipping carrier's claim website for specific instructions on filing a claim. It's helpful to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods in case they are needed for the claim process. You can also contact us for assistance or information on relevant documentation required by the carrier.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you haven't received your order within 3 business days of the reported delivery date, please let us know as soon as possible.

We understand the inconvenience of a missing or stolen order, and we're committed to resolving it as quickly as possible. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier to investigate the situation and take appropriate action, which may involve local authorities. When the investigation is complete, we may replace or refund your order. Please allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
