Return & Refund Policy 

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.  You’ll also need to provide/send a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that if the period of 30 days has lapsed, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund. 

Hawkeyed Water Defense inspects all returns and reserves the right to not issue a refund on damaged products, misused products, or products missing components. 

Please also note that there are no refunds or returns allowed for any products that have been installed and/or used. If an issue arises after installation, contact us for further guidance or for a special case review.

Returns are only eligible for customers that reside in the United States, Canada, or Mexico. 

Return shipping items 

In order to return an order, you must contact us first using one of the contact methods listed at the bottom of this policy. 

Returns will need to be mailed to the address provided after contacting us. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs unless the product was determined to be defective and is confirmed upon an internal inspection.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund. 

All general refunds will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee may be reviewed and waived for special circumstances. 

*Hawkeyed Water Defense reserves the right to review the circumstance of the product return and may cover the shipping return costs. Special circumstances, such as the product being deemed defective upon first use, will be eligible for return and a full refund upon Hawkeyed Water Defense inspection.

*In your request, provide the product name, order number, and reason for wanting to return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
