Works great
Easy installation
Simple and novel. We live in a drought restricted area. This is a great comfort to have
Installation instructions become clear once the product was in-hand. Was trying to decide if horizontal or vertical install would work and with or without the reset device. Finally ordered horizontal layout with reset device and was able to install behind toilet parallel to wall so it is not noticeable from above. Shuts off water flow and resets as described. Works better than anticipated.

The installation is fairly simple although it does require a few cycles of install/test, disassemble/adjust, install/test to get the optimal water flow setting correct. That setting can get thrown off if the toilet is clogged and refill is not exactly the same as a normal flush. My only annoyance is that the reset switch cannot be pressed without turning off the water and unscrewing the cap on the tee & cap fitting to release some pressure. Otherwise it appears to do the job and I would rather it enable unnecessarily than experience another flooding issue.

We live in rural VT with well water. If the toilet accidentally runs (flapper issue) it wreaks havoc on our water system. Our house is 150 years old, well maintained but no major renovations. We have plenty to keep us busy and the water block-toilet shutoff just made our lives easier. We are tight on space in the bathroom and the horizontal design was perfect. It is easy to assemble, it works beautiful and there are plenty of online support materials available. I’m on the site now because I’m buying a 2nd unit for our other bathroom. I wish all products were as well designed & affordable as the water block-toilet shutoff. Well done!
